Directions:

Technique is located in the seacoast region of New
Hampshire, approximately 75 minutes from Boston and 40
minutes from Manchester, New Hampshire.

From Boston and points south, take 95 North to NH. Take Exit
4 (Spaulding Turnpike/Routes 4 & 16/NH Lakes and White
Mountains). Follow the Spaulding Turnpike northwest for 5
miles. At Exit 6W take Route 4 West to Durham. Follow Route
4 West for five miles to the Madbury Road traffic light.
Continue west on Route 4 for another 3.5 miles. Sheep Road is on the left.

From the Manchester and points west, take 93 North to Exit 7, Route 101 East. Follow Route 101 East for 19 miles to Exit 7, Route 125. Turn left at base of ramp onto Route 125 North. Follow Route 125 North for 10 miles. At traffic circle, take first right onto Route 4 East. Follow Route 4 East for 0.8 miles to Sheep Road on right.
